PENNYWORT.
The Environment Agency were notified last season of the presence of Pennywort on our river at Twyning. It has disappeared over the winter, but it's return is expected.
Should anyone see the presence of this plant, please notify a member of the committee.
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
TWYNING ACCESS WILL BE DECIDED AT THE START OF THE NEW SEASON 2024.
THE GATE PADLOCK CODE WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED.
(ALL FARMERS USE THIS PADLOCK AND CODE)
THIS AREA IS A SITE OF SPECIFIC SCENTIFIC INTEREST, AND WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED ACCESS AT THE FARMERS INVITATION.
ANY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY MEMBERS MAY SEE US LOSE THE WATERS.
1. PLEASE STAY ON WORN TRACK ACROSS THE MEADOWS, AND FOLLOW THE USUAL ROUTE DO NOT CROSS THE MEADOWS.
2. ALONG THE BANK STAY AS CLOSE TO THE RIVER AS SAFE TO DO SO.
3. PARK CLOSE TO THE RIVER AND AVOID DOUBLE PARKING.
WE MUST KEEP OFF THE GROW GRASS FOR LIVESTOCK, AS BEST AS POSSIBLE UNTIL IT IS HARVESTED)
