10.00: Collection of subscriptions in cash (Cheques will not be accepted) and the issue of 2026 Membership Cards to all those members who have paid their subscriptions by Bank Transfer and who provide their Environment Agency Licence Number. 

11.00: Start of Meeting.

2: If you are unable to attend the AGM and want to pay your subscription in cash, then please arrange for a friend to bring your money and your Environment Agency Licence Number to the meeting and to collect your Membership Card.
